1. Where is my order?
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 7 business days (excluding weekends).
If a product has a different shipping timeframe, this will be clearly stated in the product description.In these Cases shipping will start up to 2.5 weeks from the date of purchase.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2. What is your refund policy?
All sales made on ajilambk.com are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an error has been made on our part.
Any requested changes to your order must be submitted within 24 hours of placing it.
If the item(s) you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at ajilambk@gmail.com so we can review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed.
After this time, your order may already be in process and we can’t guarantee changes.

4. Do you offer returns or exchanges for size?
Because of our limited runs and the nature of our production, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Change of mind
General wear and tear
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering, or email us if you’re unsure about your size.
